1. Data Collection & Processing Scope

A. Microphone Access (`android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO`)

The application requests access to your device's microphone exclusively when you actively choose to record your voice for automated transcription. Audio bytes are transmitted securely via TLS 1.3 to our transcription service (Groq Whisper) and converted into plain conversational text. Raw audio data is held on our cloud infrastructure only for transcription processing and is purged automatically every hour (maximum retention: up to 24 hours); it is never retained permanently.

B. 6-Axis Communication Trait Analysis

Communication style profiles (Confidence, Empathy, Analytical Thinking, Social Orientation, Cognitive Adaptability, Emotional Tone) and archetypes are computed solely from plain conversational text. Analysis records, archetype share cards, and history archives are stored strictly on your local device (Android SQLite / DataStore). We do not operate centralized accounts or gather profiles linked to your real identity.

C. Daily Quota Verification (Client ID)

A locally generated anonymous UUID is utilized to verify daily usage limits (free tier quota). No Google Advertising ID (AAID/GAID), IMEI, or device hardware identifiers are ever harvested, tracked, or shared.

2. Third-Party Infrastructure & Zero Retention

Transient machine learning inference (speech-to-text transcription and structured communication analysis) is processed via GroqCloud (Groq Inc.). No user data is transferred to advertising networks, data brokers, or unvetted AI entities:

Groq Inc. (audio & text processing): Voice input is processed via GroqCloud Whisper (whisper-large-v3). The resulting transcript is processed via secure LLM inference to output structured communication parameters.
Zero Data Retention Protocol: Zero Data Retention is enforced on our enterprise pipeline. In accordance with Groq's Data Processing Addendum, input payloads are processed ephemerally in volatile memory and are not harvested for model training.

3. Non-Medical and Entertainment Framing (Article 16)

4. Data Deletion & User Sovereignty

You retain unconditional ownership over your personal data:

Instant In-App Purge: You may wipe all saved reports, cached archetypes, and history items at any moment via Settings → Clear Analysis History.
Complete Local Erasure: Uninstalling the application automatically destroys all local application storage and SQLite databases from your device.
